Casino with no Spanish licence: which licence each one holds, and how to check it
Casino with no Spanish licence · registers read on 18.09.2026
A casino with no Spanish licence almost always shows a different licence in its footer: Curaçao or Anjouan. On 18 September 2026 we searched those registers for the domains of 17 casinos. Thirteen came back with a live licence, four did not add up. Here is every number, every holding company, how to repeat the search yourself, and what any of it changes for the person playing.
Every stamp is a register opened on 18.09.2026 and searched by the casino's domain. The red one is a revoked licence that the site's own footer still prints.

A casino with no Spanish licence is not a casino with no licence. In the great majority of cases it is a casino licensed somewhere else — Curaçao or Anjouan above all — that takes players from many countries under one set of rules. So the useful question is not whether it holds a Spanish licence, but which licence it really holds and whether that licence is still alive today. That question has an answer, and the footer seal is not where you find it: both registers publish their data, and both can be searched in five minutes.
That is what we did on 18 September 2026 with 17 casinos. We looked up each domain in the Curaçao certificate portal and in the public Anjouan register, wrote down the number, the holding company, the status and the date, and kept a screenshot. Thirteen came out well. Four did not add up. This page is the result, casino by casino, and the method for repeating it.
The best casinos with no Spanish licence, in short
If all you want is the list, here it is, with the score out of 5 explained further down:
- Vave, first and outside the score: an active Curaçao licence held by Latcas B.V., 150% on the first deposit, and the only casino where we played with our own money.
- Bitcasino.io, 5/5: a Curaçao certificate active since 2024 and a document threshold written into its terms.
- Bitsler, 5/5: an active Curaçao certificate and published verification rules.
- Rakebit, 5/5: an Anjouan entry live until 17 February 2027 and fifteen coins in the cashier.
- Wild Fortune, 4.5/5: a live Anjouan entry, but it expires on 29 September 2026.
- BetFury, 4/5: a Curaçao certificate granted on 31 July 2025 and active.
The rest of the casinos with no Spanish licence that survive the register check, each with its number and its holder, are on the cards below.
The ranking: 13 casinos with no Spanish licence and a checked licence
Every card is a visa page: the casino and its score at the top, the licence and the company in the typewriter strip, and what the register answered on the tags. The Anjouan ones carry an expiry date, because in that register the date is the column that matters.

Registers read on 18.09.2026: cert.cga.cw (Curaçao), searched by domain, and the public Anjouan register. Vave goes first and outside the score, with a review of its own instead of a place: the score measures what the register answers, and everything below it is ordered by that. Every Go to the casino site button opens the same casino — the one on the first card — and none of them opens the operator named beside it.
Two things worth knowing before you read the list. First, the score does not measure how pretty the lobby is or how big the bonus is. It measures whether the register backs the licence, how much time that licence has left, and how much of what the casino promises is written down in terms we could actually open and read. Second, where the terms would not load from our server we say so on the card, and that part of the score stays at zero rather than being invented.
What a casino with no Spanish licence is
A casino with no Spanish licence is an online casino that does not hold the licence granted in Spain to operators of the Spanish market, but that usually does hold a licence from another jurisdiction. That other licence is the one it prints in its footer: a seal, a number and a company name. For the person playing, the seal says very little on its own. What says something is the register behind it.
In practice, the casinos that come up when you search for a casino with no Spanish licence have three things in common. Nearly all of them run on cryptocurrency, or take it alongside other methods. They set their own rules on bonuses, limits and documents, identical in every country they serve. And they publish those rules in long terms and conditions that almost nobody reads and that decide how and when you get paid.
No Spanish licence versus no licence at all
Here is the distinction that matters most and gets explained worst. “No Spanish licence” describes a casino licensed abroad. “Unlicensed”, flat out, describes a casino that holds nothing, or that prints one that no longer counts. From outside they look alike: both show a seal in the footer. From the register they are very different things.
Of the 17 casinos we looked at, four sit in the second group however their site reads. BC.Game prints a Curaçao licence that the register marks as revoked. Flush and Empire.io hold Anjouan entries whose expiry date has already gone by. Mega Dice appears in neither register. None of them is in our ranking, and none of them carries a button.
How to check a casino licence in five minutes
You do not have to take our word for any of it. The process is short and always the same:
- Scroll to the foot of the casino's site and copy three things: the licence number, the company name and the jurisdiction.
- If it says Curaçao, open cert.cga.cw, go to the search page and type the casino's exact domain, with no https and no www. The portal searches by domain and by company, not by number.
- Open the certificate. It has to name that domain, the same company and the same number, and end with “its current status is Active”.
- If it says Anjouan, open the public licence register and type the domain into the search box. A table comes back with company, status, number, issue date, expiry date and domains.
- Read the expiry date, not just the label. In Anjouan, “Valid” shows in green on entries that have already expired.
That is what a Curaçao certificate in order looks like. Everything you need is in two sentences: who operates the domain, under what number, in what status. The Anjouan register is a table, and it works just as fast:
The full walkthrough, with the mistakes people make most often — searching by number, trusting a lookalike domain, skipping the date — is in the guide on how to check a casino licence.
Four licences the register does not confirm
These four casinos turn up on plenty of lists of casinos with no Spanish licence. In the register, on 18 September 2026, they do not come out well:
BC.Gamebc.game
Curaçao · OGL/2023/118/0060 · Small House B.V.
The certificate for the domain exists, but its status is Revoked: the licence was revoked. Anjouan returns other entries, in the names of other companies.
Flushflush.com
Anjouan · ALSI-202509008-FI1 · Fordegens Limitada
In Curaçao the certificate comes back Not Valid. In Anjouan the entry says «Valid», but its expiry date is 02.09.2026: that date has passed.
Empire.ioempire.io
Anjouan · ALSI-132405042-FI3 · Pixel Entertainment
In Curaçao the domain comes back Not Active, removed from the registry. In Anjouan the entry expired on 27.05.2026 although it is still marked «Valid».
Mega Dicemega-dice.com
No number to check
The domain appears in neither register, and we found no readable licence number anywhere on its pages.
BC.Game shows why a footer seal is not enough: the certificate exists, with the right domain and the right company, and even so its status is “Revoked”. Flush and Empire.io show the opposite: the label says “Valid” and the date says otherwise. Each case, with its screenshots, is in licences that do not add up.
Curaçao and Anjouan: what changes between the two licences
For the person playing, the two licences differ less in what they promise than in how you check them.
Curaçao has a certificate portal where every licensed domain has a page of its own. That page says who operates it, under what number and in what status: Active, Revoked, or, if the domain was pulled, Not Active. It is the cleaner of the two checks, because the certificate is tied to the domain. Nine casinos on our list pass it, and they are gathered on Curaçao licence.
Anjouan publishes one table of more than 1,500 licences. Each row has an issue date, an expiry date and the list of domains it covers. Two traps live here: the status column says “Valid” on every row, expired ones included, and the search box finds the text inside any domain, so “flush.com” also returns the row for “foxyflush.com”. Four casinos on the list hold a live Anjouan entry, and two of those expire before November. They are on Anjouan licence.

What changes for the player at an online casino with no Spanish licence
An online casino with no Spanish licence runs on its own rules, the same ones for all its players. That changes five things you notice from day one.
Bonuses are bigger, and come with more conditions. Percentages of 100% or 150% and ceilings in the thousands of euros or USDT. In exchange, wagering of ×30, ×35 or ×40, bet caps while the bonus is live, and games that do not count. The number that decides whether a bonus suits you is the wagering requirement, not the percentage.
Document checks follow each casino's own terms. Many let you register with an email address and deposit straight away. Almost all reserve the right to ask for documents later, often before a first large withdrawal. Bitcasino.io puts it in writing from 2,500 up; Vave leaves it to its own judgement in clause 8.7.
The casino sets the withdrawal limits. Some cap payouts by week or by month, and some pay large wins in instalments: Vave, for instance, may spread a win of 50,000 USDT or more across 30 days under its clause 8.8.
Payments run mostly on cryptocurrency. USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC and others. It is fast and works the same from any country, but it adds two steps — turning euros into crypto and picking a network — and each step has a cost.
The control tools are yours to switch on. Deposit, loss and session limits, and self-exclusion, live inside each casino account rather than in any shared system. You have to turn them on by hand, and it is worth doing before the first deposit.
How to deposit at a casino with no Spanish licence
The cashier of almost every casino on this list works in cryptocurrency. If you have never done it, the road has three steps.
Step 1: from euros to crypto. Three options. The cheapest is usually an exchange where you pay euros in by SEPA transfer and buy USDT, BTC or ETH. The fastest is buying with a card, at the exchange or in your wallet, for a higher fee. The third is buying with a card inside the casino cashier itself: Vave, for example, offers this through an outside provider.
Step 2: pick the network. USDT exists on several networks: Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, BNB Chain. The casino cashier tells you which one it accepts, underneath the deposit address. Always send over that network. A transfer over another one may never arrive.
Step 3: make the first deposit small. A little above the minimum. If it lands, the road works and you can send the rest. If it does not, you have lost little and you have a simple case for support.
The detail, with minimums per network and what each route costs, is in deposits and withdrawals.
How to withdraw, and what holds a withdrawal up
Withdrawing from a casino with no Spanish licence is the same road in reverse, and nearly everything that slows it down is written before you ever deposit. In order of how often it happens:
- A live bonus. Until the wagering is done, the withdrawal waits or the bonus is cancelled.
- Document checks. If the casino asks, the payout stops until you finish them.
- A rule about the deposit. Vave asks for the deposit to be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn (clause 8.11), bonus or no bonus.
- A withdrawal cap by day, week or month.
- The wrong network on the withdrawal address you give.
The working rule: withdraw in the same coin and over the same network you deposited with, and read the “you will receive” figure before you confirm.
Fees: what each step costs
A casino with no Spanish licence rarely charges for a deposit; what you pay goes to the network and to the exchange. It adds up like this:
| Step | Who charges | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Paying euros into the exchange | The exchange | A SEPA transfer is normally the cheapest route |
| Buying crypto with euros | The exchange | The trading fee and the spread |
| Buying with a card | The payment provider | Usually the most expensive route |
| Sending to the casino | The network | Tron and Solana, pennies; Ethereum, dearer and variable |
| Withdrawing from the casino | The network, sometimes taken off the amount | The “you will receive” figure |
| Selling crypto back into euros | The exchange | The sale fee and the payout fee to your bank |
The exact figure moves with the day and the network; what does not move is the order. For small amounts, the network decides more than anything else.
Bonuses: the big percentage and the wagering
Vave's welcome bonus is a good example of how to read any bonus at a casino with no Spanish licence: 150% on the first deposit, from 20 USDT up to 120,000 USDT, with ×35 wagering on the bonus. On a deposit of 100 USDT:
- deposit: 100 USDT;
- 150% bonus: 150 USDT;
- wagering: 150 × 35 = 5,250 USDT to be bet before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5,250 USDT in bets is not 5,250 USDT lost, but every bet carries the house edge, and over that volume the expected loss shows. No-deposit bonuses, advertised everywhere, are worth little: small amounts, high wagering and a low cap on what can be withdrawn. The real value, for anyone who plays regularly, sits in cashback, rakeback and the loyalty programme, which give back part of each session and often carry no wagering at all. All of it, with the arithmetic and the clauses to read, is in bonuses and wagering.
What people are really searching for
The searches get typed in many shapes: casino with no Spanish licence, casinos without a Spanish licence, online casino no licence, best casinos with no Spanish licence. Behind them sit more or less the same four questions, and we answer them with register data and terms rather than adjectives:
- Which are the best casinos with no Spanish licence? The ones whose domain is covered today by a live licence and whose terms are clear. By our score: Bitcasino.io, Bitsler and Rakebit at the top; Vave sits apart, outside the score.
- Which has the best bonus? The highest percentage is not the best bonus. Compare the wagering and the bet cap; Vave's, ×35 on the bonus, is about average.
- Which casino pays without asking for documents? None promises that in writing. Almost all reserve the right to ask. At Vave, in our two withdrawals, it did not ask.
- How do I know an online casino is not a fraud? Look its domain up in the register of the licence it prints. If it is not there, or it comes back revoked or expired, do not deposit.
Warning signs at a casino with no Spanish licence
The register check rules out the clearest cases. These other signals, all seen on sites we reviewed, deserve a second look before you deposit anywhere:
- The footer seal leads nowhere, or leads to a page on the casino's own site instead of the register.
- The licence number does not match the certificate, or the company in the footer is a different one. Jackbit, for example, has its domain covered by an active certificate held by Ryker B.V., yet its footer prints another number and another company.
- The terms say nothing about documents or withdrawal caps. If it is not written down, the casino will decide it when you ask to be paid.
- The bonus promises withdrawals “with no conditions”. Every bonus we read has wagering.
- Support asks for your password, your wallet seed phrase, or a payment to “unlock” a withdrawal. No legitimate casino needs any of that.
- Tokens or messages arrive with links to “claim” a prize. Ignore them.
One signal alone does not condemn a casino; two or three together are reason enough to look elsewhere.
Games at a casino with no Spanish licence
The catalogue is the part that looks most alike from one casino to the next: the same big slot and live-casino suppliers turn up almost everywhere. Bitcasino.io names more than a hundred providers in its terms; BetFury, more than seventy. What changes is everything around them:
- Slots. The bulk of the catalogue, and the games that count 100% towards the wagering on almost any bonus.
- Live casino. Roulette, blackjack and baccarat with a dealer. They usually count for less towards wagering, sometimes for nothing.
- Originals and crash games. Dice, crash, plinko or mines, with small stakes and fast rounds. Many crypto casinos publish a way to verify each result.
- Sports betting. Some, such as Cloudbet, Sportsbet.io or Thunderpick, offer it in the same account.
One practical tip: check the return-to-player figure (RTP) on each slot's information panel. The same game can ship in versions with different returns depending on the casino.
On a phone
Every casino on our list works in a mobile browser with nothing to install, and a crypto cashier is comfortable on a phone: you copy the deposit address with a button and paste it into your wallet app. Two precautions. Always copy the address with the button, never by hand. And bookmark the casino from its real domain; links in adverts and messages can lead to copies on lookalike domains.
Support and language
Most of these casinos run a live chat, and several staff it in English or Spanish around the clock. Before your first deposit, ask the chat something concrete — which USDT network it takes, say, or the minimum withdrawal. The answer, and how long it takes to arrive, tells you a good deal about how you will be treated when the question is about your money.
How to play safely
Playing safely, here, means cutting down the risks that depend on you. Six habits:
- Decide a budget before you open the account and write it down. This is leisure money, not an investment.
- Switch on the account limits on day one: deposit, loss, session length.
- Deposit little the first time, just to confirm the road works.
- Read three clauses before you play: documents, withdrawal caps and the bonus.
- Do not chase losses. If the session is going badly, the session ends.
- Ask for help early. If playing stops being a bit of leisure, FEJAR helps players and families free of charge.
All of it, with the warning signs and where the limits sit inside a casino account, is in safer play.
Vave, outside the score
Vave is the only casino on this page where we played with our own money: a crypto deposit and two withdrawals paid, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, with no documents asked for. That is why it goes first and without a score: the mark out of 5 measures what the register answers and what the terms say, and it would flatten the one thing that sets Vave apart here, which is a road actually travelled.
There is one register detail we would rather tell you ourselves: the Curaçao certificate of its holder, Latcas B.V., licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, is active, but it names the domain vavegame.com, not vave.com. The brand and the company are the same; the domain on the certificate is another. Everything else, with the bonus and the withdrawal clauses, is in the Vave review.
How we score
The mark out of 5 has two parts. Three points come from the register: two if the domain is covered today by a live licence, and one more if that licence does not expire within 90 days (half a point if it does). The other two come from the casino's terms read live from our server: whether they opened, whether they say when documents can be demanded, whether they publish the list of countries the casino does not accept players from, and whether the catalogue or the cashier is broad. We do not score the bonus, because it changes weekly. The detail, with sources and dates, is in how we score.
A well-chosen casino with no Spanish licence is one whose licence you can find in its register, whose rules you can read before you deposit, and where you play to a limit you set yourself. The rest — the size of the bonus, the colour of the lobby — comes afterwards.
